Depending on the project, a sprint can also include requirements clarification, implementation planning, content migration logic, testing scenarios, and lightweight technical specifications for your internal team or vendor.
Sprint rhythmA 6–10 week, three-phase arc
Step 1 – Discover & frame (weeks 1–2)
Clarify scope, gather existing content, and agree on success criteria and constraints.
Step 2 – Design & test (weeks 3–6)
Co-design sessions, prototypes, and quick tests with a few real users or internal champions.
Step 3 – Build & handover (weeks 7–10)
Configure in your LMS / CMS, finalize templates, and train your internal stewards.
